Join Our Mission: Become a RoboFit Board Member
Rebuilding Movement, Regaining Independence
RoboFit is a growing social enterprise on a mission to help clients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions to explore what’s possible in rebuilding their independence harnessing new and emerging technologies to encourage neuroplasticity.
We are inviting expressions of interest in board chair and non executive director positions to help RoboFit’s founding team through the next phase of growth.
RoboFit was founded in 2021 following co-founder Daniel’s lived experience navigating the gaps in Australia’s healthcare system. His journey following a spinal cord injury came as the inspiration to RoboFit’s never say never attitude and foundation from which RoboFit was founded.
Since launching RoboFit has opened 5 clinics supporting over 450 clients with neurological conditions including stroke, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, functional neurological disorder, cerebral palsy and acquired brain injury.
RoboFit is currently scaling its clinics across Australia (with waitlists of over 800 individuals) and beyond to support individuals living with neurological conditions to explore what is possible. RoboFit also partners with researchers to further explore the role of neuroplasticity as part of the recovery journey and hospitals to advance the usage of technology in hospital settings.
Moving into the next phase RoboFit is building a centre of excellence with a purpose built inpatient/outpatient facility. This centre will provide the opportunity for research to further IP development around neuroplasticity.
